Vendor Spotlight – The Traveling Peddler

Everyone knows that The Peddler Steakhouse has been bringing exceptional food and service to the Upstate for the past 40 years, but did you know that they’ve been bringing the same great food and service to weddings? If not, you are simply missing out!

This great steakhouse opened in May 1969 and has been the talk of the town ever since, being named as “Greenville’s most unique eating place.” Today, they still serve the same great steaks, but have somewhat changed the tradition. Instead of driving to the other side of town to enjoy a nice evening, The Traveling Peddler now brings the meal to you. Geoff and Ginny Schneider started The Traveling Peddler in 2013 as a catering branch of The Peddler Steakhouse and offer food for anything from a business luncheon to your own wedding day! As their Facebook description shows, they “Live to Eat!” and definitely show an enthusiasm for the food they create.

The menu is filled with a variety of platter and hors d’oeuvre selections, as well as the option to build a lunch buffet. These tasty tidbits will be the highlight of your night and all the rave of your guests.  The Traveling Peddler knows how to provide your event with the highest quality for an exceptional value.
