Vendor Spotlight: Smoke on the Water

What do you get when you want classic Southern cuisine paired with wonderful customer service? There are a lot answers to that, but one that definitely comes to mind is Smoke on the Water. This Greenville restaurant is a staple among foodies near and far. Boasting a menu of fresh entrees, true Southern sides, and a top notch drink menu, Smoke on the Water is a favorite go-to for any occasion!

Before we opened The Old Cigar Warehouse, we didn’t know much about Smoke on the Water catering off-site events. However, we did know that it was a frequent lunch spot for our staff and that their outdoor ambiance is perfect for showing off the downtown area. It wasn’t until a client requested their services until we discovered what they were all about. Since our opening, we have now hosted numerous events with Smoke on the Water as the caterer. And how wonderful it has been! Not only is the food superb when it comes to taste and quality, but the staff always goes above and beyond. We know we can count on their team to help be clean, organized, and professional. Trust us when we say that’s what you want your guests to see as they’re going through the buffet line.

Oh, you want to hear more about the food? Well, you’ll have to stop by for a meal to really experience it all but here a few examples from the restaurant menu: fried green tomatoes, catfish, oyster po’boy, beef brisket, crab cakes, pimento cheeseburger, fried okra, creamy mac ‘n cheese, fried bananas foster. And that’s just the beginning!

We look forward to future events with this crew and we know you would too if you knew their style!
