A Roaring Affair

On Thursday, August 29th, we took a trip back in time to the 1920s for the official Grand Opening of The Old Cigar Warehouse. All of our hard work had paid off and we were ready to party like Gatsby! Our guests pulled out their dapper threads and got dolled up for a night to remember. We had a great turn out and we were so excited that so many folks were able to join us.

The grand opening was our chance to show off the new space and feature some fabulous vendors. Guests were able to enjoy food and drinks, win door prizes, listen to great music, and see just what The Old Cigar Warehouse has to offer for their future events. One of the highlights of the night was when our owner, Tammy Johnson, and operating partner, Kathleen Byrne, cut the ribbon making the opening official! They were joined by Greenville city councilwoman, Gaye Sprague.

Each sponsor played a pivotal part in providing something for the Grand Opening and we were grateful to have their support. The space looked wonderful, the food was delicious, the drinks were superb, the photos and video are amazing…we couldn’t have done it without them!

Going along with the theme of the roaring 20s, Elite Audio Visual Solutions had The Great Gatsby play on the brick wall outside as guests arrived. There was ample opportunity to win door prizes; of those included $250 off the room rental fee for The Old Cigar Warehouse and tickets to Euphoria’s Traffic Jam event. Cocktail shaker party favors compliments of Liquid Catering were also provided with featured vendor information inside.

Overall, it was a great night and we are thrilled that The Old Cigar Warehouse is officially open! We danced the night away and enjoyed every moment of the evening. Thank you again to everyone that came out and we hope to see you soon again in the venue!
